After inputting the graphics into the computer, all resistance wires can run in parallel and can simultaneously cut up to 20 complex two-dimensional shapes.

1. Clean the dirt on the machine tool and guide rail every working day, keep the bed clean, and turn off the air and power supply when leaving work.
If leaving the machine for a long time, the power should be turned off to prevent shutdown.
3. Pay attention to observing the lubricating oil on the horizontal and vertical guide rails and rack surfaces of the machine to maintain good lubrication!
2、 Weekly maintenance:
1. Clean the machine weekly, including the horizontal and vertical guide rails, transmission racks and small gears, and lubricate them with oil.
2. Check if the horizontal and vertical rails are working properly, and replace them promptly if there are any abnormalities.
3. Monthly and quarterly maintenance:
1. Check if the electrical cabinet, operating platform, and fastening screws are loose. Use a vacuum cleaner or hair dryer to clean the dust inside the cabinet. Check if the connector is loose.
2. Check the performance of all buttons and selection switches, replace damaged ones, and then draw a comprehensive inspection graph to check the accuracy of the machine.
